Our Community

Our focus on supporting our community differentiates us from other estate agents. It stems from being founded in 1991 by a local person, Phillip Grey, and now having a team of local people drawn from Brent's wonderfully diverse population. For us, being estate agents is more than running a local business – it's about being an asset to the broader community and helping wherever and however we can. Here are some ways we've played a part and given back.

In partnership with Wembley Central & Alperton Residents Association, we organise an annual family Easter Egg Hunt in Barham Park to raise funds for the Friends of Barham Park Library.

We rolled up our sleeves and joined a local volunteer team to participate in a local Community Clean-Up project.

Since lockdown, we've turned our office window displays into themed art pieces, including tributes to NHS workers, Christmas scenes and topical themes.
