We use up to date market data, compariable properties and buying trends to come up with our valuations. Added to that our 34 years plus of selling local homes and our commitment to fairness and great service means we’re confident our valuations are highly professional and accurate.

Unlike many agencies we do not tie people into excessively long contracts. Our contractual period is 0 weeks.
