WE'RE HIRING!

We are hiring! And we are looking for a Weekend Viewing Assistant

WE'RE HIRING!
This Viewing Assistant role is about fit, attitude, and how you deal with people. If you’re reliable, personable, and take pride in doing things properly, you’ll fit in just fine.

Culture matters to us. A lot. We want someone who enjoys the role and takes satisfaction in giving clients a good experience.

The role
As a Viewing Assistant, you’ll support our sales team by carrying out property viewings on our behalf.

Your role will include:

Collecting keys from our office

Meeting buyers at properties

Giving guided tours in a friendly, professional way

Taking a few quality photos or short clips for our social media

Locking up and returning keys to the office

Gathering buyer feedback after each viewing

Providing notes for the seller and internal team

Your feedback helps us improve how we market homes and how we look after clients.

Hours and flexibility
This is an ad hoc role to begin with.

Hours are not guaranteed initially

Viewings may be weekdays, evenings, or weekends

Some weeks will be busier than others

By helping our agents free up time to grow the business, this role can naturally lead to a steadier flow of viewings over time.

What we’re looking for
You don’t need estate agency experience.

You do need:

A full UK driving licence

Access to your own car

Flexibility with availability

Confidence speaking to people you don’t know

Good communication skills

Reliability and organisation

Ambition helps. A genuine interest in property helps. Being someone clients feel comfortable with matters most.

Progression and earning potential
This role gives real exposure to how estate agency works day-to-day.

There is potential to:

Earn additional commission through valuations or referrals

Book and conduct viewings independently

Complete buyer registrations

Progress into a personal agent role in the future

Nothing is promised. But opportunities exist for the right person.

Dress code and culture
We’re smart-casual.

No suits. No shiny shoes. We want you comfortable, relaxed, and professional — because that’s how clients feel most at ease.

How to apply
If this sounds like your kind of role, send:

Your CV and/or

A short message explaining why you’d be a good fit

And if you’re one of our friends, family, clients (past, present, or future), or just follow what we do — hitting share really helps. Thank you.

Meet Abigail

Hello, my name is Abigail, and I am the Grey in Grey & Co. I started working here in 2002 as a Junior Negotiator and have worked my way up the ranks since then. I took over running the company in 2014 and have been enjoying the roller coaster that is leadership ever since.   During my 20 plus years at Grey & Co I have dealt with the sale of over £100,000,000 worth of property and overseen the management of assets worth £250,000,000 for clients around the world.   I also had the pleasure of working with my father, the founder of Grey & Co, for 15 years before he sadly passed away and from him, I learnt the work hard ethic and our values today are still the ones that he founded the company on all those years ago.   Be Remarkable, Be Passionate, Be Humble and Be Better.   As a community centric boutique family agency, you couldn’t find a better partner to take with you on your property journey.
